Just soo you know Luhya people are Bantu from Cameroon and East Nigeria, they are bigger stronger, play rugby, football and sprint ( 100m African chap Umunyara is from here. On your way to Nairobi you should go via Kericho tea, more places KitKe, mt Elgon game park, Rusinga island in L Victoria

This is a good idea... incomplete and probably with a lot of work to be done but great idea... it's not necessarily a scam...the guy had such a great idea..I hope it works... I'm from Siaya and for years we have been going all the way to Nairobi for serious stuff...a proper hospital would really do well for so many people...
Scam? The person is not asking any Kenyan for money so how can it be a scam. You can see he has literally thrown in billions in Kenya shillings and is not discouraged and is set to complete his huge vision. These IT innovators have more money than many nations . Unless an unforseen unfortunate thing happens to him, he can still throw more than double what he has thrown on this project without a second thought. I believe, people will eventually catch up.with.his vision and the city become a self sustaining thriving city

Not a hater but as a project valuator and foreseeable viability this is wastage of resources, nothing viable the developer should consider to switch the modality into college or training institute to avoid more upcoming losses if he will persist with the idea

So a college...then after people graduate where do they get jobs? Kenya has enough colleges..this is a brilliant idea and I hope it works.
Pioneers are risk takers. They are not motivated by immediate profits. When the British built the Kenya - Uganda railway between 1895-1903, it was heavily criticized as a railroad into the jungle with no chance for profit. Nobody foresaw all the cities that later developed including Nairobi!

Not only there are no customers in so called mall but also, shelves are almost empty. You can clearly see at 17:25, they have spaced out products to give illusion that there are lot of products.

This is all a scam… that hospital building is definitely can’t hold 5000 beds. If this is just such bug hospital, I would expect to see more people around hospitals and roads…so called mall is always empty…if you look at videos or google map, virtually there’s no progress in developmental. I think there’s some shady about this whole project.

Stop being so foolish 😊...they are talking about projected figures! It will be a 5000 bed hospital- but you need everything developed alongside the hospital 🙄 How silly are you to think that such a HUGE development would be done overnight- it is a process like anything else.
