- Former Australian cricketer Dennis Lillee told a story at Rod Marsh's funeral today which was just "good old fashioned Aussie bloke stuff," says Sky News host Paul Murray.
Marsh was farewelled by former teammates, family and friends on Thursday at a memorial service at the Adelaide Oval.
The 74-year-old passed away earlier in the month after suffering a heart attack while promoting a masters cricket tournament in Queensland.
So happy that Dennis was able to be there to say goodbye to his mate 😀🇦🇺💕🙏🏻
"good old fashioned Aussie bloke stuff," is so refreshing in these times.
Thank you so much for posting this. My heart needed it. I miss Rod so much
RIP legend
RIP Champion
RIP Bacchus.
I agree Lol
No disrespect, just facts
Classic 👍
😂🙏
A drunk sportsman who was abusive and bullying to his peers that went unpunished on many occasions...
Of course the Fatman will applaude another alcoholic and ignore his behaviour, Paul's humiliating drunken performance at Hawaiian Scott's pub test was embarrassing to presenters Newscorp the LNP and those who were foolish enough to endure watching all of it.....🥴
Hands up if you love the CCP 🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️
Like 👍 if you hate the CCP.
