Not as good as my best run so far which is 1.15 mil, but I'll probably get a better score than that soon enough. Hopefully WMG doesn't shoot down this video :/ That's why I turned the audio down a bunch. Also so you could hear me yelling at the TV LOL.
Q & A:
1. Q: What's up with your kit? Is it modded?
A: Well, no... It is very simple to hook up this setup. All it takes is a Guitar Hero: World Tour drum kit, an electronic drum kit, a MIDI cable, and some changes to the MIDI settings on the electronic drum kit.
2. Q: What drum kit is this?
A: This is a Roland TD-9KX series V-Drum kit
3: Q: How much did it cost?
A: I got the kit for $2500, then I had to buy the stand for the kit (Roland MDS-9 Stand), which was around $300-$400, then I had to buy a bass pedal for the kit (I got a Gibraltar Intruder Series Double-Chain Drive Double Bass Pedal) which was around $250, and finally, I had to buy a throne for it (Gibraltar Hydraulic Throne), which was (a guesstimate) about $150. All-in-all about $3000-$3200
4. Q: Holy crap, you bought a $3000 kit just for Rock Band?! Wow, what a waste...
A: Actually I bought the kit back when i had Rock Band 1 about a year ago. But I never thought to mod the kit so I could use it for Rock Band alone... Now that WOULD be a waste. Even though Rock Band got the ball rolling for me to start playing drums, I would NEVER have bought a $3000 kit just for Rock Band.
5. Q: How long have you been playing drums?
A: About a year and a half now... Wow, when I look back at when I played a year ago, and brought it to today... I realize how much I have improved! I used to not even be able to keep a beat. Now some of the hardest beats for my friends are some of the easiest beats for me lol!
6. Q: What do you use to capture your screen?
A: I use a Dazzle DVC100 Video Capture Device with Pinnacle Studio 12.
7. Q: What do you use to edit your videos?
A: Sony Vegas Pro 9.0

Are you ever gonna return with RB drums?
Maybe when RB4 comes out. I just don't have a PVR that i can use with my mac to record the screen. I used the dazzle when i had a windows computer to work with and it isn't compatible with a mac. not to mention i have yet to find a video editing software that i can successfully edit videos on the mac. I'm sure I could figure it out. If my followers really want me to make more rock band videos, i'll FIND time to do it, despite working a job and wanting to go back to college. I've got time
minime220220 On the mac use Final Cut Pro that's the best Program to use to edit videos with it's expensive but it works....

Kinda, it's a little hard to compare though because in guitar hero you only have to pluck the one bar and there are five buttons

My thought is based on the fact that, for drum sessions in Guitar Hero, the whole thing kinda looks like real drums, whereas for guitar it looks nothing like the real thing and can't really compare the two experiences. They actually have a separate difficulty for double bass in this game (called Expert+) :p

@axsle189 yeah dude I literally play everyday. I've played piano for 12 years now so that was a major contributing factor to being able to pick up the drums so fast. But mainly it just takes a hell of a lot of dedication to get really good.

because I have no knowledge of electronic drumsets, I was wondering if all, or some, have realistic functions to them, like being able to catch the cymbals, or a pedal to lift the high hat up and down, or do u have to program those sounds in?
