Glad you came out of season and managed our tatty road at a good time. Later on in the season you would have found it much more crowded. The man who built what’s called the hermits castle that you pictured left shortly after he finished it and ended up working the design of Coventry cathedral. Loved your little man by the way. John.

Nice to see a vlog of the NC500 going round clockwise for a change. You certainly crammed plenty in. I hope you enjoyed your time in The Highlands.
Stopped at a B&B in Thurso, amazing place they also farmed Highland cow's Valley View House. Highly recommended
