Betsy sounds great! Many years ago I put active EMG's in my 70's Jazz because I got tired of sound guys and engineers bitching about 60 cycle hum. Then people bitched about that saying it's not collectable. I say the changes I made (Badass bridge, replaced twisted neck etc..) make it priceless to me. Those EMG's sound GREAT! When I have a bass I don't like I give it to a local music student. That way they have a instrument that is set up and easy to play and don't quit because the strings are 3 inches from the fretboard.

Great video! One year already wow! I have a funny history to tell you. The first show I ever saw on TV was Pink Floyd Delicate Sound of Thunder on the old cassette tapes on my best friend house. I had a mullet and my friend next day did cut his hair like yours from that video. Next day in school, all the girls loved his hair, and he got very lucky with the girls , because his new hair. So there you go, your hair did help a teenager in south Brazil to have , well, some fun! back in the 90's.

Stumbled across Jimmy Nail's 'Growing Up ...' cd in a charity shop. I knew it had Gary Moore on the eautiful track 'Absent Friends' - but it was only when I checked out the credits I see a certain David Gilmour on several tracks. This CD is a hidden gem. Wonderful bass playing from yourself, Guy - and loving catching up on some of these old Lockdown vids.
