Mine arrives on Wednesday been watching videos on this bike like it’s a tv series my first e-bike hope there’s 0 negatives because no one is giving any other then reaching out to the company I heard that’s difficult

So I have a not so fun story about this company. They emailed me asking to do a review on the (put any bike here) and upload it to my channel. I responded in 24 hours and they never responded. I’ve sent 3-5 emails at this point. 4 months go by and they finally respond saying they don’t have the budget for it. Honestly that’s one company I would avoid. If they treated me as a reviewer that would bring them business, imagine how they would treat a customer. Not saying the bike is bad but the marketing and support side is bad

The other bike I was looking at was the himiway but it’s 4k ! Seemed like the people reviewing the obsidian liked the bike. I just gotta pray I don’t have any problems with it. lol

yeah I wanted the obisidian in yellow for a long time, I was going to buy one honestly. Its just the support side that irritates me. I dont think youll have any problems honestly.
