i think either insane reaction time or he just wanted to secure the kill on nisqy and got lucky
such plays are almost never reaction based. the right word here is anticipation. after the sapling hit nisqy, caps and elyoya both know that nisqy is in kill range. They see gragas walking through the lane so caps knows he has to flash as soon as gragas is in range for E flash, since that's the only thing that can save nisqy here.

That is not quite a solo kill, stop those misleading title, and Nisqy made a mistake step forward one step after his burst dmg EQ combo and let Cass hit two more Qs, then walked into the bush the sapling was the key to lead his death.
Misleading title is OP for this reason tho, cuz people feel the need to comment on it which in turn gives the video more buzz with the algorithm
