Follow me on my journey to transition into a more Alkaline Plant Based Vegan Diet. I know it won't happen overnight but I want to share my journey on trying out this diet and recipes and see if it help me to improve my overall energy and production in my life. Congratulations on this new journey. I’m going to be doing the same. I tried alkaline for a month and I loved how I was feeling. However I slipped into a depression and quickly went back on my old habits. I want to go back on it because I literally felt so amazing on the alkaline vegan diet.
Also for hard to find items, try your local farmers or Asian market 😊

If you buy produce from a grocery store make sure you clean it well, spring water, apple cider vinegar and baking soda. Let it soak for 30 min and rinse well

@takaraoneá I highly recommend reading “The Hearth Book” by Julio Castro. It’s a beautiful manuscript of spiritual alchemy, it guides you with this diet also, and it will help you open your chakras and ascend. Basically it’s a book to help you be the best possible you that you can😂but yeah I highly recommend it, it goes in depth about your anatomy and physiology as well. It takes knowledge from every culture in the world.
