Bro, I literally turn 21 in like a few months and I’m still highly dependent on my parents on most things. I’ve been beating myself up about not yet being independent at this age when there’s so many younger guys out there who seem to have figured it out. 19 but I feel you, I always feel a never ending pressure that I’m never doing enough. Never doin enough to advance my career, never doin enough to enjoy life to the fullest, never doin enough for my hobbies. I think that we often find ourselves comparing our own lives to others. And us feeling like we should be in a better position may stem from envy or jealousy. It is important to instead use these feelings to fuel our ambition to get to where we want to be. One thing I've learned in my psychology classes was the concepts of a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. We gotta always have the growth mindset and figure out how we can start to get ourselves the life that we strive to achieve for. Brother we will win in the end, let us go out and win.

My advice would be to put myself out there more. I was kinda shy and didn’t really talk a lot besides to like my closest friends. I definitely missed out on experience because I was too scared.
