  • After watching so many videos of skeleton corpsing and seeing it would cost me more than to just purchase a prop for $200+ that looked similar, I decided to just do this video.

😱ohhhhh Scary...I have 12 skeletons and I'm looking for new ideas for this year 2022. I love how yours turned out ... especially the use of spray paint...much faster. This will be perfect for my animated coffin..the lid opens & closes. Thanks for sharing, BRAVO 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

i'm a goth dude / metalhead and i have a belt with miniature skulls up and down it and on a few of the skulls i used this melting plastic technique to create the decomposed severed head look (i used a lighter instead of a heat gun) and oddly enough it actually worked i didn't at all expect it would. i learned the technique from a tutorial very like this one.

Looks great especially for the first time. I think you've got this already my haunt friend. For normal corpsing I would suggest dark amber or brown stain gel instead of the spray paint. Rub the Gel Stain on and then rub it off with a rag. However, for your b/w Haunt theme I love the outcome.

Nice tutorial. I like the black & white look for the corpsing.

I'm not sure why you wrapped the plastic over top his hands/arms. It looks more like it's in a cocoon.was tthat the effect you were going for?
