Castillo de Orihuela

Castillo de Orihuela was built around 713 as one of many castillos built by the Visigoth Count Theodimir to defend from the Moors. Only ruins are left. Orihuela was also attaced by "friendly" viking tradesmen between 858-861😃
El Castillo de Orihuela fue construido alrededor del año 713 como uno de los muchos castillos construidos por el gobernante visigodo Teodimir para defenderse de los moros. Hoy sólo quedan ruinas. Orihuela también fue atacada por comerciantes vikingos "amigos" entre los años 858-861😃.

It’s a very nice place. Only ruins, but a very nice view. Originally built by the Visigoths. And the Vikings actually raided here in the late 800 century🤓
