The problem with this movie is it should've been longer. For a film like this it should've been a 2 hour long movie but divided into parts since we don't get real answers for our questions. Example, how long were they in those dream sequences for? Why is this Mogue obsessed finding a supoosed "key" to activate War World? Despite it being a "weapon" What's the lore behind this version of war world? If they're Wonder Woman isn't from their universe that means their are other heroes on war world from the multiverse? Also too like everyone noted this was a missed opportunity to have a superman versus Mogul fight. There's so many things that this movie left unanswered and felt rushed just to do a crisis on infinite earths storyline which will most likely be a rushed 1 parter which its gonna suck since that storyline needs 2 parts.

I will admit that this film could have been better, and definitely could have done more with Mongul and even Lobo, but I think it was still a decent movie featuring Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Martian Manhunter. I also can't wait for the crisis on infinite earths movie that is being set up.

The DCAMU was such an under appreciated universe. Some of the movies weren't great/underwhelming but the voice acting and animation and art styles were awesome. I just found myself liking most of those movies in that verse. This Tomorrow-verse that has followed has, quite frankly, been underwhelming in my opinion. The VA is great but after that, it just falls short. The only movie I've really enjoyed throughout has been The Long Halloween (and even that I didn't find myself totally loving), everything else, meh. I wonder if Crisis is going to reset DC animation movie universe again and that's when the live action actors will also voice their respective roles. Or maybe a whole new universe with new art-styles and new VA will be made again. Guess we'll see but hoping Crisis is good, DC animated movies have not been great over the past few years in my opinion.

main villain barely showed up. Didn’t even do much explicitly. (Yes he made the visions for the heroes, but that’s it.) Shouldve been much more fighting with the heroes with their memories/costumes restored.
That it. The big issue that all people agree with this movie is Mongul was a main villain, yet he do nothing. As matter a fact, no Superman vs Mongul, one of the biggest letdown and missed opportunity here. Pretty much all people expecting a final fight will be Superman vs Mongul, turn out the final is just Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman fight bunch of henchmens and Lobo only throwing some punch with Mongul, is not even a proper full fight.
Everyone who disliked it seems to have many questions surrounding the movie. I’m pretty sure those will be answered in the next movie, maybe 2. I enjoyed the movie, and in general I like the Tomorrowverse. 7/10 for me

Ya, Jonah Hex is supposed to be a real hero (as The Man with no Name), if he was just a warworld clone that is fine, but it was still just very strange Overall, i enjoyed it, but the execution was just very poor. Justice League Animated Series did a very similar story infinitely better
As a longtime Hex-nut, the only way I can justify Jonah's actions in this is if he was brainwashed too, but other than essentially saying "Oh yeah, he and the others are just recycled clones" near the end, they just kinda hand-wave all of that. If watchmen is in the tomorrowverse then i expect them to play a role in crisis on infinite earths. It'll probably lead into a doomsday clock movie. Ngl, I think this is one of the better animated movies by DC. Highly ambitious but I think they r building up to "The Batman Who Laughs" in the sequel film
Its was good. Im tired of the same old stories over and over again. Finally something different for a change. Though i do wish it was more standalone instead of possibly being connected to future installments.
The memory illusions were a waste of time. It would have been better to just have the heroes kidnapped and brought to Warworld, where they were forced to fight other characters to the death. Eventually they would start a rebellion and defeat Mongul. The crisis on infinite earths is not good timing and the multiverse story in DC and Marvel is getting old. Mongul was too skinny and the fight scenes were stale, especially between Mongul, Lobo, and Martian Manhunter. Mongul also never even fought Superman. Mongul is the only villain that Superman hates enough to outright kill. Mongul’s arrival was the highlight of the film, while the lowest point was how he was managed and rushed.
I just finished watching the movie and I enjoyed myself overall but I kinda wanted mongrel and sups to fight each other and it could have been a little longer so it could have improved and flushed out some things
I really like this movie. It' really looks like adult animation. Violence, great art, great action. It reminds me of old school animated movies from the reviews. I have not seen it but it kind of reminds me of heavy metal. Short stories and great art and action. Idk if the storytelling is the same. But it seems it is a movie i will enjoy. Maybe for many, the majority in itself, they didn't like DCAMU at all. But, honestly, it was the best thing DC ANIMATION could create, since BATMAN UNDER THE RED HOOD and BATMAN: MASK OF THE PHANTASM. And, even though it had stumbles and bad realizations. It had something that this "new" universe lacks in every way: Emotional Intelligence. It had characters, complex, interesting and without forgetting the story of DAMIAN WAYNE, which was the best and the most novel thing it had. A character, which had not been seen in these films, at all. And, what really; I know this is something I've mentioned before, and I'll mention it again. What left you with a lot of anxiety and with more desire to continue watching these movies, was his love for Lord Trigon's daughter: RAVEN. Sure, some will say it wasn't natural, that it wasn't the right thing to do, etc. But, you have to look at the reality of the situation, in order to better understand all the disappointing gravity that is happening with these new realizations. On top of that, Phil Bourassa's incredible and unparalleled artistic approach, was what gave the films in that universe a great taste in the mouth. No matter how big or small the script was, it was the most radiant thing that elevated the HYPE of the DCAMU. It wasn't fair, that he was fired. And I, truthfully, wish and even demand his return to DC ANIMATION, and the full restoration of the DCAMU, as it was before Justice League Dark: Apokolips War. I don't know about you, but with the way things are going and how disappointing they are, the whole DC ANIMATION department will also end up going to hell with the LIVE ACTION movies, and even James Gunn won't be able to do anything about it. But, of course, many are blindly hoping that he will come in and fix everything.

FYI the movie was from Justice League Season 1 Secret Origins parts 1 & 2 I'll see now what DC is trying to do episodes from Justice league season 1 and 2 and make them into the movie into the new DC universe great job and idea to come up with this concept but needs more improvement so DC can make good movies like warworld in the future if they want to keep using this same concept and idea going forward

I was very excited to see this movie solely because Jonah Hex is in it, but... SPOILERS < < < < ...I did not expect Hex to be as brainwashed as the other heroes. This isn't how he acts or thinks. This is him being the monster folks say he is. In a way, I get why they did it, since Wonder Woman is basically playing the role Hex does when he comes to town, but you don't elevate a character by knocking down another. I wanted to see him fighting side-by-side with WW, perhaps even starting with the baddies and having a change of heart when he sees his cohorts gunning down unarmed people and threatening a kid. The Jonah Hex I've been reading and writing about for 4 decades does not abide such behavior, much less encourage it! The only saving grace I could bring away from it is that he's a clone, not the real Hex...but I feel sorry for anyone meeting the character for the first time through this movie.
another issue i have is how irrelevant the vision stories will likely be in the future, making it even worse considering how long those sequences took in the movie.

I was REALLY hoping this movie would segue into the dark multiverse but sadly it seems like it's following the other aspect of the warworld comics.
I just want the Batman who Laughs animated because it is by far the best story DC has ever seen since Crisis on Infinite Earths.
