I use to shop at Tops, Got a car from Don's auto sales and it was a lemon the green color should have been a giveaway. Remember Central Valley Ford, The Dodge garage? Jack Maxberry Chevon? when Micky Fine was there? Micky Tiger? Tilly The Tiger? Wanda Brady the first black Wasco rose queen? How about Big Star? National Market? Gong's? the Adanac trailer Park? That's Canada spelled backwards. I'm getting tired.
Cumbias It seriously depends on where your going to live. North East, North West, Central West, Central, South Central are the best places to live. Ehh Areas are South West. Avoid is South East and East

No not at all, Wasco has good areas like any other town.
This is just the less fortunate side, there is many nice places to live the High school is one of the best in Kern County.
