You are so inspiring! I'm so depressed right now that I don't want to do anything. I have to take one day at a time.i have awful migraines. Went to the Dr and he said that I have had several small strokes and that makes me even more depressed. Please say a prayer for me. Love your videos. Have a blessed day.

Emily, if you're reading this, please know that IT GETS BETTER. It's not always going to be like this even though it's so difficult to see that right now. I know I'm just a stranger and I have absolutely no idea what you're going through but please please PLEASE believe me when I say it will be okay. It always is in the end. Talk to someone. Anyone. There are lots of counsellors and therapists to see. I understand that can be expensive so maybe try a support group. Go and get the phone right now and call someone who has always had your back. Just talk to them and let it all out. I know there's no magic cure for depression. My dad had it for a while. But if he can get through it, you can too. Sending you all my love and positive vibes!

I hope you feel better. When I was depressed I used to walk in a park. It helped me just be with nature and away from all the negativity. Walking is also good for both physical and mental health. I hope you get better soon. Don't forget it gets bad before it gets better.

I found a coffee grinder at a thrift store, I do not drink or use coffee but it works great to grind my spices.

We always clean the Kitchen at night and mop the floor. I love zoflora and the smell is divine and bay oil for the sink. great Vlog the bread looks wonderful.
I love love love grinding my grains too!!! My hubby gave me my NutriMill for my 30th birthday a couple years back and it's my 2nd favorite kitchen appliance :D I've been looking into Einkorn and I'm going to try making some sourdough with the Einkorn wheat once my amazon order comes in! I'm going to have to look for some loaf pans like you've shown here... very cool!

I love how flat your loaf ended up. How do you do that? When I make bread it creates a rounded dome effect.
The bread pans she uses come with a lid that you grease and put on before putting the dough in the oven. It's called a pullman pan. They're on amazon.

Kimmy,we tried the organic frozen broccoli from Costco - seriously the BEST!!! Have you tried the Jones chicken breakfast sausage? It's amazing! It's 60% less fat has a little spice to it - so good! Last but not least,we tried the PB&J with Lays potato chips and it was sooooooo good. We used extra crunchy PB and it took it over the top :-) thanks so much for all of the great blogs and ideas!

You are such an inspiration !! I have been confined to bed due to a bad bout of Lupus Nephritis (kidneys). As soon as I am able though I want to do your pizza and shepherd pie. Before I got sick I did your freezer chicken recipes of cranberry chicken and I believe the other was soy barbecue . Also you have peaked my interest in aprons. Is there a good site for that? My only apron was handmade from a t-shirt.

I'm going to watch your morning routine today.You can use fennel seed in your pizza and spaghetti sauces.That is what the Italians use.The fennel bulb that you buy in produce dept, is so delicious in soups and other recipes.I learnt about it in a Eating Well magazine and tried it.It's so good.I love your bread pans and the bags, so cool.Did you buy your grinder and wheat seed from Amazon too?

Made your white bread yesterday - followed your You Tube video. I think my oven is dying because the first loaf we cut was gummy so I cooked the other 2 longer. We are pretending it is your recipe and not our oven dying (my husband is in denial/says we'll get a toaster oven to sit on top if we have to replace the real oven - I don't think so). Anyways the bread was really good - ate some this morning - love the hint of sweetness

Ok, I couldn't wait... So I bought two from Amazon in the 14" size. I hope that is the size You are using, Kimmy. It looks like you got 3 loaves using this size pan.
I bought 2 pans. I made a recipe from King Arthur Flour- not a favorite. I need the instructions for baking Kimmy's bread. I cannot make her whole recipe because I have a Kitchen Aid and 14 c. flour will not fit. HELP!
