Regarding the usage of “like”, it would be nice to hear a lot of people be more authentic. I was like...so she was like...and then we were all totally like.... The usage of “Perfect” is another. Is it working a little better now? Yes, it is working a little better than it was. Perfect! Is the food hotter now? Yes. Perfect!

Thanks ever so much Lucy , teaching us👩‍💻 polite & correct ways of speaking and replying English language👏
I👵 will try to educate my two mini boys of my son ( pls find me a way to describe them, hate to say grandsons😂) with your lessons.
I can't hate more when I hear a native replying me ^I know. OR when I say, "Have a lovely weekend , they reply " Will do" so confident that she will have one.,Oh🤔 again I hate this answer😒
Most Appreciated for all of your lessons.
Pls keep on teaching us more🙏 Great luxury to have you as a teacher.

I am with Lucy that Audible is really an amazing platform. but I want to recommend a way that I follow similar to it if you can't use the platform for any reason . first I download any book or short stories from the store ,after that I copy what I have to read and translate it on google ,I listen to the story with any accent I want and finally I try to imitate pronouncing the new words and that's it . since I did that, my English has apparently been way better 💜

Hi Lucy. We appreciate you giving us such valuable lectures.Would you please tell us some thing about ambigious semtenses and the way how to let the recipient understand what we mean exactly. Is it through stressing words.
