To succeed in this business: Pick 1 currency pair. Pick 1 timeframe. Pick 1 trading system Master trading with these 3 things before you make any attempt to add more currency pairs or use another strategy. Less is always more. Remember that always.
I have 4 years experience with live and demo trading. As of now I am live again, after watching hours of Rayners videos and reading his ebooks I have become confident in my skills like never before. At this point I have a €275 account and I am shooting for €5-€8 daily. Then at the end of every month I leave €25 that I made in the account and withdraw the rest to keep the motivation going. So at the end of this month I will withdraw every cent above €300 and to me I have never been more confident with this way of trading.
Nice man! Keep it that way! Stock it up in the future and you will make 10-20 daily, then 50-100 daily and so on.. sky is the limit :) (dont forget risk management)

Every other video makes it seem like you will become rich overnight and makes it that much more frustrating when you keep failing in the beginning. Find out what works for you and don't believe the hype some gurus might be pushing, remember, you don't often see their losses, but they'll hype their wins.

I was thinking about doing a mix of both. Fun and crazy yet slow and steady. So say I got 4000, I’d probably risk a quarter of that so 1000 on each trade with a 2% stop loss rule

I like to use swing trade to slowly grow it at the begining until I'm good I will include day trading. Only issues I have is not sure if penny stocks is a good way to swing trade since my account is small.

Thank you Rayner for easy to follow and sound content. I've been trading since March, and hit a mental wall a few months ago. It pretty much sidelined me for a while and my motivation was zapped. You can get a little jaded about always seeing and reading others killing it in the market. Don't get me wrong as I'm not hating here. But after being overwhelmed with so much content on the web and going in circles, I'm glad you have put together a great channel to rejuvenate my interest in furthering my trading journey.

Take it slowly specially for the beginner. 1% risk is very sensible. If you are a day trader and you make 10 trades in a day or more and less say your making 60% it adds up over 20 trading days. Good advice Rayner.

When we consistently inject funds every month, there will be a compounding effect on the interest gained. However, for a growing company, we eventually will buy the shares at a higher price, and assuming the interest rate remains, wouldn't we be on the losing side?
I think you think he’s referring to putting funds into a trade. No, he is simply saying depositing money into your account’s platform bank account so that your buying power can increase so in the future your interpretation of 1% will continue to grow which will cause higher profits with the same risk percentage of 1% Hope that makes enough sense.
Combining my knowledge and courses which I am going through already 2 months with your everyday advices makes me understand trading better and better everyday, there are some really basic rules which you need to follow to grow a small account and the risk management a a big one in this category, I agree 100% with what you’re saying but disagree with one point in this video, I married a woman which I known for 4 months and I am happy with her so finally you’re wrong on some point in your lots of amazing videos 😂 .
