Love your technique for doing his weapon looks really good
Hey thanks so much 😀
Looks awesome! Need to get some necrons, and this should help alot!
Glad it will help 😀 there’s a full length video on my channel which goes into more detail for each of the steps which should help. Best of luck and you should tag me on socials once you paint yours so I can check them out 🤌
Dude has by far the best personality for a personal trainer, I'd stop working out at home and head to a gym if this guy worked near me, dude seems fun as hell to be around.
Me? 🤣 if so, easily my favourite review to date 🤘
Id recommend using the air brush for 90% of the work on the weapon glow then going back with a brush to fully define the dark areas to fully seperate the transitions on the blade faces
Nice! Yep I was trying to paint the blade without airbrush but yeah I think you it would give a really smooth transition. You’re right 👍
This is the most basic 40k painting Tutorial I’ve ever seen, and I’m here for it
Excellent! You’ll find a whole bunch on the channel designed to be straight forward and hopefully easy to follow along. Welcome 😀
Sometimes I think my cat is a Necron. This morning he was chasing the laser when all of a sudden he teleported out into the yard and ran through a Space Marine with his Voidblade. The little rascal.
All the signs were there. That time he got out at night and caught a native bird…. Whilst draped in the flesh of his enemies. That was surely another red flag.
Weapon looks good. I have painted the heck out of my necrons, custom colours (citadel bug glow) for the big plates then the more classic colours and washes, but i have only finished about 1/20th of my army fully lol.
Haha thanks! And that’s alright, keep chipping away little by little and soon you’ll be drowning in the robots 🤣
Nice tutorial!!
Thanks! 😀
So cool
Thanks 😀👍
What is null oil? I keep seeing it mentioned for necrons but haven’t a clue about it
That’s ok, it’s a black coloured wash sold by Games Workshop. They just have unique names for each of their paints which make it confusing. Any black wash will work 👍
I’m curious, I plan on buying this but I want my marines to have yellow armor instead of blue with one of them atleast having a red helmet with green visor, can I do that or do these marines have to be blue since these are ultramarines and not the imperial fists?
One of my favourite parts of this hobby is that you are encouraged to do it in your own way to make it fun for you.
You can play space marines with ultramarine rules but paint them yellow or any way you like and they can be a ‘successor chapter’ of the ultramarines 😀
Would this make them Sautekh dynsaty?
Absolutely 👍
is good but juan hidalgo metod dont need an airbrush and i feel that the finish is better
The airbrush here was just for the small orbs but yep, find your favourite style and run with what you prefer 🙂
Love them! Bought a box of plastic models, where I removed all the icons, and then kitted with Imperial weaponry, and gave a nice camo paint scheme..lol
Cool!
Also thanks 😀
How to paint neurons: step 1 prime it in any metallic collor
And that's how you paint necrons
That’s a fair summary. One of my kids is into them for that very reason. They can get straight to rolling dice 👍
Looks average tbf
Ah well, I had a good run 🤷♀️
