I can’t figure out to connect my earbuds to the app… I’m connected through the Bluetooth on my phone but it’s not picking up on my app.

Good video! one question, when you eq the headphones it becomes embedded in the headphones or is just eq'd on the phone?, for example the sound would mantain if i use it in my laptop?
Hi Felipe, the custom EQ settings don't transfer to another device. It only stays with the device where you customized the settings on (via Soundcore app). But you can try utilizing a custom EQ software on the other device to see if that works.
I really enjoyed your video. I own a Soundcore Motion+ and I have attached via the Soundcore's app Bluetooth capability both my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G Smartphone and an Insignia Smart Amazon Fire TV. If you wouldn't mind helping me, I am having a minor problem that I would be grateful for any help that can offer. When I am watching, for example, a movie on Netflix, and I touch the Soundcore app to make a sound adjustment (i.e., more bass or treble) the TV picture freezes until I make it play again with either the TV Remote Control or by tapping on the phone app one time.
Because of this problem, I cannot make any live sound adjustments to the Soundcore Motion+ because of the picture freeze, however, I can adjust the Wave Equalizer while the movie is playing but that is the only live adjustment that is available to me, and I am not that familiar with the various sound adjustment levels.
I forgot to mention that a movie or whatever I am watching also freezes when I touch any part of the phone's screen not just the Soundcore app when it's connected via Bluetooth...
I know that this condition may seem to be a minor problem, but it does take away all the flexibility that I would expect from such a well-thought-out product.
If you have any suggestion for the app to perform without freezing the picture, I would be grateful for your help. Thank you. Ken Millstein
I have the Life Dot 2s, I think. I tried to search it several times and it couldn’t find it, I had the case open too and nothing. So I tried manually and I think I found the right basic on the photo and did what it said and still couldn’t find. Please help or do they have a customer service

when i wanna download the soundcore app from play store to my android, that app looks different than the one in this video... why is that? or was it an upgrade in the app? i dont think so, but then why do they look different? thanks in advance!
