Every spiritual aspirant desires to realize the Atma. But what is Atma? How can it be realized? These are the questions that often arise in the spiritual quest.

in this life i have done many wrong things.
i am in a journey with many souls side by side. each with his/her own karmas and have selected their own challenges to overcome.
they came with their own circumstances, yet we are all one and the same of equal quality.
we came together to work and help each other, we knew it was going to be tough here,
so we choose each other to support us thro' the challenges we chose for ourselves.
our time here is limited, so we have to make haste and quickly meditate i.e. go inwards, contemplate
and realize what we came for, and that we are not bad, we had to chose these set circumstances to
fix ourselves. each has such different and sometimes such tough challenges they chose. oh my gosh
and we chose such easy ones. we have to help each other as we progress thro' this arduous journey
we have to be ready to face some of the toughest trials and tribulations.. and when we see others so much less fortunate than
us, know that they chose tougher challenges than us.. tougher circumstances, in tougher countries, tougher parents, tougher
working environments to really fix their past wrong doings and get better quicker. we must not judge, but know they
chose the tough trials.. so help them out, they don't know and won't know until we reach the other side of this short journey
it won't last long, before we gone. be ready to give up your prejudices and hatred, your selfish anger at your circumstances
be ready to give up your self pity, and depression at what you have short compared to others .. you too could have had the easier
tests, had more in this life, but then without the deep suffering, deep personal suffering, you would never know
your true self, your ultimate self, and never then never be able to heal your deep wounds
some came to suffer at the hands of such cruel parents, and guardians, how tough they are these souls ..
help them out, support them, be good to them .. they will know the truth thro' you as well .. don't pull others, your parents, spouses, children, colleagues
down .. show them you can be victorious in this life, no matter how horrible, how tough, how miserable you are ..
tell the world the truth, that this is just a play, they are no takings away, doggie bags, you come, learn your lessons, go and get ready for
another round. but don't complain about what you donot have or have less than others, that your life (tests) is so much worse than others.
accept your life( tests), they're yours , specially designed to heal you. you have no other way than thro' these tests, pick yourselves up, dust off the
dirt, clean yourselves, and start your journey .. No matter how tough it is, how you deal with it, will get you thro' the other side. and there is
no need to win anything in this life, not a debate, a fight, a court battle, an exam, a lotto, you only need to learn that which the test of the day
is showing you, go thro' the cleansing, the healing, cry, scream in your room, to Swami himself, and get it over, move on, but know it, that which
you came to heal

ATMa principle well explained by baghavan , human body thinks, eats, moves ,hears talk , love ,fight, argue, sacrifice cause of the life inside , mind in outside world uses senses to imagine things as true ..when life energy leaves the body , body is still there, land house all there but "that " has left and that is life energy ATMa that leaves body but doesn't die and takes birth in new body depending on past bodies karma and thots...

The only thing that exists,that is the true Self,is Atma.The idea of the Self as a body in the world,this idea of body,world etc. is the Maya(veiling the Truth and projecting the Untruth) created by the Mind out of desire,and this cycle of desire and Maya continues till the spiritual aspirant puts an end to it and attains Jnana or the ultimate wisdom by his spiritual bent of mind.
