it was wild and you had no idea who was gonna be playing that last game sometimes. I started watching seriously around 91'. and I saw the cowboys be that team and then Denver win two themselves..but you had really good stories. I imagine this is how people felt when Joe Montana felt retired. I know a little sad when Farve left...until he would retire and then come back and then make the vikings beg lol..that really made changed my image of em ..also all those ..opther things he did haha. but I do like reading what younger fans feel about all this.
As a life long NYJ fan I was constantly told how I was supposed to hate this guy but I couldnt. After some point myself and my family were just like..Tom is unreal. You can tell by how in depth and detailed his answers are how much he truly cares. There will never be another Tom Brady.
That’s how I’m feeling about Pat Mahomes as a Raiders fan right now.
When Tom speaks, you feel almost inspired. Great quality to have. Tom is always well spoken. So many memories. The one and only master QB.
Was an honor to have Brady in my lifetime. Brought hope to my life to do good things.

@@jaylouis8227 Let me tell you why. Brady has lived a very very charmed football career, things have totally gone his way. I mean he is probably the only QB to win the SB twice with 13 or fewer pts scored. Let's be honest, he’s not the greatest Super Bowl QB, he’s not the greatest regular season QB, but he played the longest career and had right teams at the right times so he had more chances to win rings than others. He played in easy division with best coach and was protected by refs. He was also talented, there's no denying, but overall he is overrated IMO
I wonder how many future QB's this one guy created; how many future players he motivated in general. Impact player of the century.

I think that’s the beauty of sports. Imagine telling someone in San Francisco in the 80s that a 4 year old kid in stands just watched the catch happen right in front of him and one day, he’s gonna be better than Montana. All the great young qbs today and the ones who’ll enter the league for the next decade will have grown up watching, learning from, and being inspired by Tom
Tom is a hilarious good-hearted person. Am looking forward to seeing him in the broadcast booth, in commercials and in podcasts.

Tom is so impressive as a human being, let alone a player. Just a great guy, period. I think he deserves all the success and accomplishments he's earned and then some. I put him up there with Walter Payton as top tier great guy.

I remember Saturday afternoons with Grandfather watching you ball in college...fast forward decades, it was watching you bring a ring to Tampa. That super bowl victory brought my brother and I so much joy. They are both gone now, rest their souls. Thanks for the memories, Tom!
As a lifelong Raiders fan it’s hard to say this but I think this guy could be great in the owners box too. If he doesn’t burn us this could be a big asset to Raider Nation🏴☠️

He was a very successful professional athlete who maintained an extremely disciplined life. The last season was one that was worth playing. He got to showcase in England and there were a number memorable moments that were great. He has earned his opportunities for sure.

Whats more astonishing is that he does not mention his accolades when speaking about being a kid from San Mateo to owning a football team. Already setting up a drive to succeed as an owner as if he's never played football. Next level humbleness!
San Mateo is one of the wealthiest towns in the U.S. Not sure the aw shucks, I’m just a regular kid from a small town routine is needed. Given all his astounding success, he’s handled it really well. 7 Superbowls, Wow!

I was anti-Brady for many, many years, but I had to realize that, yeah, he's the GOAT QB (although Montana is still my heart's GOAT lol). He seems like a good, humble guy and I'm happy for him.

This was a fun interview, and it's nice to see Tom looking better in retirement.
