I watched your other videos regarding nursing and leaving bedside. I handed in my two week notice last week and have been feeling guilty about my decision leaving for the last month. My supervisor has also been trying to guilty trip me to stay. I have to let her know tonight if I’m going to stay or resign and break my contract. You just helped me get the courage to say I’m done to her! Thank you!!! I also start my new job in January in outpatient doing 1:1 patient care. So excited to have a better work-life balance for my mental health.
