There's a similarity between this Levante team and my Sporting squad (apart from both winning the Champions League): both squads have Maffeo (and as a starter). I also had Sancet for 2 seasons (2022-24) before he becomes a Braga superstar.

Koita is the best one there because it’s not too high profile like the others

Try lower league fixing challenges. They are harder bcuz you don't get promoted all the time. You just hv to limit signings of free agents and regens.
Must be a real challenge 'fixing' a club on career mode
