its so cool to see people like steven Tyler and Ed sheeran and even Elton John making songs with Em its really just speechless how much music can bring Generations together like this
The fact that EMINEM literally sang all his songs himself...rather than other artists doing tributes to him. Just proves no one can do what he does with the mic.
Nah man, when he's Live, he don't cover all of his songs, lyric by lyric, his boiis has to come in and say 1 or 2 lines so Eminem can get his breath back. He ain't the best.
I am a tiny adoptive woman from India. And grew up with country music, oldies, pop, and rock n roll. Never grew towards hip hop bc I couldn’t understand a word they said and music always felt like it was just not for me. But once I listened to Eminem he became my top favorite above some country classic legendary singers! Some how I can understand every word he raps. And I sing every song as quick as he can. Love his story. And how he is so humble towards everyone that got him to where he’s at now. He never takes what he has for granted in any way. Probably one of the top 50 humblest people out there! I don't care what some people say about Em! I know that, for me personally, Em is a living legend, he is the reason I started listening to Rap. I listened to his songs during my childhood and teens until I got hooked by german Rap, BUT I must say, the genre of german rap I listen to is more in the horrorcore and melancholie genre, and Em is more gangster Rap! The last Album I bought from Em was Encore. Em... you have deserved being added to the rock and roll hall of fame! TO be VERY truthful on Tyler's voice? He did wreck his voice. Go listen to Toys in the Attic. Barely sounds like the same guy. The difference is? His voice is still incredible. Just a different incredible.

What A show. Rocking with other artists at his own party. I been lovin’ Eminem Since he first started. I am 62 now & I still be lovin’ him. Love to have A one on one chat fest with him and 🍺 🍹 drinks. Yea!!!!❤❤
His trajectory over 2+ decades has been incredible to witness. For those who don’t know, here is the condensed version 😂 From his very rough childhood, becoming a teenaged father, to battling underground at the shelter in Detroit, always just trying to get better as a rapper and lyricist, to coming in second at the rap Olympics, then almost immediately after getting signed by Dre right when he got evicted and was technically homeless, to becoming a blazing comet shooting through the sky of rap and giving the world something no one had ever seen before -a hardcore white rapper-, to dropping what was the fastest selling hip hop album of all time, making three classic albums in a row, then becoming the best selling rapper of all time, earning numerous diamond singles AND albums (the most diamond albums in rap history), made an incredible semi autobiographical film that won him an Oscar, earned tons of Grammys, now an Emmy, mourned the shooting death of his best friend and greatest champion Proof, nearly died from an overdose and had to fight hard to get clean and stay clean, had ten consecutive albums debut at number 1 which had never been done before, and most importantly he’s a great father who raised three incredible children, to achieving incredible wealth, respect and iconic legacy, and now in the RRHOF. His is one of the greatest stories in all of music. All he had to overcome to get to THIS moment is simply staggering. And all because he never gave up. He kept fighting and is still fighting to this day. He will never retire, because rap and music is not just something he did or does to get rich. It’s who he is. And, the most incredible thing of all is, that after all his success, he still remains humble. Don’t care what anyone says, he earned this.

OMG! He was 50 years old and after using up all his energy in a live show, he went through the whole speech without drinking any water. He didn't talk much about himself, but mentioned a lot of names of rappers who influenced him. Eminem is a 90's/early 2000's image, but he is still alive and rapping. It's a miracle that he is still alive and rapping, no one else can duplicate his charisma, his looks, his voice, and he has broken racial barriers with his music. Now he is a humble and truly wonderful man. This living legend should not be missed. If he dies... I imagine this every day. Hip hop will definitely die. He has been a long time admirer and lyricist of pac biggy and others for decades. The younger generation will know him too. I really hope he lives a long life.❤ @eminem 🐐 He may be a billionaire, but he doesn't brag about it, and his videos don't feature wads of cash, supercars, or women with their butts in the air. No one can touch Eminem. He is so different from any other artist in music history. I grew up listening to him, and everyone I knew liked and respected him. Many people are going to be listening to his songs for many years to come.
I grew up listening to em too. But I also recently started studying hip hop. Actually because of this acceptance speech here. I learned that I was a disrespectful little fuck listening to some bullshit and calling it good when I grew up in an era of the illest to ever touch the microphone. A little late to the hip hop education but god damn am I having fun discovering how amazing hip hop truly is. And em. Yeh he can’t be touched.

His trajectory over 2+ decades has been incredible to witness. For those who don’t know, here is the condensed version 😂
From his very rough childhood, becoming a teenaged father, to battling underground at the shelter in Detroit, always just trying to get better as a rapper and lyricist, to coming in second at the rap Olympics, then almost immediately after getting signed by Dre right when he got evicted and was technically homeless, to becoming a blazing comet shooting through the sky of rap and giving the world something no one had ever seen before -a hardcore white rapper-, to dropping what was the fastest selling hip hop album of all time, making three classic albums in a row, then becoming the best selling rapper of all time, earning numerous diamond singles AND albums (the most diamond albums in rap history), made an incredible semi autobiographical film that won him an Oscar, earned tons of Grammys, now an Emmy, mourned the shooting death of his best friend and greatest champion Proof, nearly died from an overdose and had to fight hard to get clean and stay clean, had ten consecutive albums debut at number 1 which had never been done before, and most importantly he’s a great father who raised three incredible children, to achieving incredible wealth, respect and iconic legacy, and now in the RRHOF.
Nothing gives me chills like live collaboration of different artists and genres.
Absolutely love rock and rap collaborations
Could not have said it better myself.
