The theme of this channel is "Troubles in Relationships and How to Deal with Them. Changing schools in the uk is next to impossible, especially if you have a child with special needs. I tried for 5 years to change my daughters school as the primary school she went to refused to teach her as they didn't see the point in teaching her, because shes deaf and has a mild learning difficulties, so she spent most of the time in the schoold nursary as that's where they sent her all the time 🙄. Even though I did everything in my power to try to get her into a different school, I wasn't able to move her. When she started high school she couldn't read or do basic maths etc. Thankfully her high school was amazing and taught her to 😮read within a year and helped her do not only her high school learning but also caught her up with all her primary school learning as well and they put in support for her to help her in class. With the right support she did amazing she just learned differently to other kids, and with the right support she can do anything she puts her mind to, lol. She was able to go onto college after high school where she passed with merit and distinction 😃
So, no, it's not easy to move your child to a different school even when you have a good reason to want to move schools. Well at least that's the case here in the uk. It may be easier in other countries, but it certainly is not easy to do it here, in fact it's down right impossible 🙄
