I honestly still love it, more so now. I have only fluffed it once, and probably wont again for a long time, it is formed just how I like it, if that makes sense.

The flap is supposed to be on the top
It gets in the way and is not comfortable to lay on. And if you put it on the side you cant access it. It is useless in my opinion.
@@dailytattwo my theory is the flap only exists to hide the ugly tags and the only reason it zippers open is to store the warrant paperwork and stuff so it doesn’t get lost and so that it’s always with the love sac, but I have the Pillow Sac Love Sac and it doesn’t have the flap or any tags, it just says love sac on the zipper
That is a good theory because that is the only use that a makes sense, lol.

@@joshuabrzezinski2828 This is quality you pay for. A lovesac will last a lifetime and if anything happens they replace the insert/the sac. No other company does that, and they give more refills as needed for free too. This lasts a decade + with daily use. Over time it pays for itself compared to cheap crap that falls apart after years 1 or 2. You don't have to be gentle with it either. It is tough.
