Ever fallen asleep inside a motor home, while on a long drive? Well now you can anytime. For this ride my uncle was driving while I rode passenger. I walk into the motorhome with the GoPro camera rolling, and then I suction cup it to the dash so we can clearly see the road. I also had headphones on as I captured the audio sounds of the engine from within the rv as we drove down the road using my hand held audio recorder. After the ride I put all the footage and sounds into adobe premier pro to create this video. What do you think of this relaxing video I've created? Comment below and let me know your thoughts.

Sounds like my grandparents old Winny. Used to travel all over the east coast, back in the 70's. Many nights sleeping on moonlit back roads, with this hum putting us kids to sleep.

Really like this sound, been listening to train sounds a lot but i wanted something a bit different last night as i laid in bed drifting to sleep, so i chose this, good choice, love the depth of the sound, the various notes and keys you hear bubbling from the engine, and its all real too, a real live drive =)

It took me sooo long, to figure out, that the 'RV' stands of course for the vehicle on the one hand, but also for the words 'are' and 'we' on the other hand xD

C'mon everyone; NO they didn't drive for 8 hours!!! They drove a few miles, then someone did an edit, making about 5 minutes (or so; I haven't timed it), of good video and the video editing device loops the designated section over & over, for eight hours.

Yes, I was wrong. I vastly underestimated the loop time. According to the video display, the actual loop time is 15:54 .... so I do apologize. I still really ADMIRE what you've done here. Watching out the rain spattered windshield I could have been driving down the road just outside my own hometown. In fact I keep looking for certain local landmarks to appear. Then, it's off to sleep! 😑

Wow. Love this too. This would have knocked both my kids out back in the old days. When they were babies I made the mistake of taking them for a car ride to help them fall asleep. Pretty soon that's the only way they would fall asleep. Now they are 18 and 16 years old. Lol.

This was a good one. I used it to mask the neighbors chain saw. The pitch fluctuates so I thought it would be a good choice and it was. Slept very soundly.

This is one i always come back to. I also love those that have the darkened screen effect, it definitely takes me to snoozeville quicker. Im gonna need to climb aboard one day randall but doubt i will be able to stay awake to assist in the video making.... Wouldn't it be perfect to have a vibrating bed synched to a soundtrack like this? My research shows that several ideas have been tried over the years but afaik no commercial product is available. Unsurprisingly the design problems are considerable. :( Still, this is a very relaxing noise thank you for your efforts!
That would be pretty cool. Next best thing would be just to put a large bass speaker beneath the bed and play this video through that speakeR!
