    People say they love bisping finally getting the title. But Robbie was considered a failed prospect. Ten years later he takes the title and defend it twice in fight of the year performances. Robbie was never supposed to reach the heights of the sport. But he did with grit , effort and a never say die attitude. The greatest career resurgence ever.

      Popularity has as much to do with trash talk and charisma as it has to do with how good and entertaining the fighter is. Dudes like Lawler, Dustin, Luque, Pedro Munhoz are amazing action fighters who win a lot, but are also like, just chill dudes that fight.
      They are not "epic smonk weed gangsta too real" like the Diaz brothers or have some funny quips in an irish accent.

    I don't normally comment on the ufc channel, but Lawler is one of my all time favourite to watch.
    From MacDonald - championship, to losing it, to his attitude toward herb Dean after his loss. He's such a warrior and class act.

    They should’ve also had his debut fight for superbrawl in Hawaii vs falaniko vitale. Lawler ko’s vitale then vitale’s sista jumps in da ring and swings on lawler. If you haven’t seen it yet and can find it your welcome

    He reminds me of hands of stone Roberto Duran, Robbie Lawler is one of my all time favorites he represents fighting at it best, Blood,Guts and determination. There`s no dull moments when he steps into the octagon and if your paying to see him fight you get your monies worth that`s for sure. The fight with Macdonald was what people come to see nothing boring when them two step into the octagon, them two together is a show for all times. Great video.

      Mr.Wolfchamp 1999 it wasn’t for the title...it was just a main event at a fight night card in Newark, NJ...I only remember bc I was there.

    It’s so hard to not like Robbie, he literally puts it all on the line every time he fights. That kill or be killed mentality. The stare down after the bell with Rory is one of the greatest stare downs of all time.
