I rode with this brother, and he’s a beast on his wheel!! Don’t let the size fool you!

I’ve seen guys take the padding out of the seat( done by an upholsterer) and replace with gel padding. Also purchase an aftermarket lower kit.

The bike is only heavy when you have to pick it up! 😊 Thank you for the tip on sliding your hand to the end of the handlebars. Did not know that. I will check it out.

Hey dude the uprighting before you push with the knee, turn the bars all the way to the right. This is the same but reversed principle of lift from the ground. You’ll use less effort. Got from Jerry Paladino great source

Being also on the shorter side myself my biggest problem is backing into a space especially if there’s a slight incline. I run out of legs… what do you do in that’s situation? Can you do a short video on it?

Haha i can totally relate! I have a saying i keep in mind whenever possible, (Park up). Meaning, 9/10 times, wherever I’m at, I’m usually able to park facing uphill. This eliminates the struggle of reversing uphill. If there is a slight incline and you’re riding with another person, we usually help each other park by pushing each other into the spot. It may be embarrassing to some, but I’d rather be embarrassed than drop my bike lol. If neither is an option, i try to keep my bike as perpendicular to the incline as possible and slowly reverse. I’ll try to do a video on this soon. Thanks for watching brother!

    What seat are you using?

The seat on the police motorcycle is very high. It sits about 3+ inches higher than normal seats. I just place myself at the front (lowest part) whenever I stop or make slow maneuvers. Thanks for watching!
