- Established psychological studies and psychoanalysis suggests that the human nature yearns for an attachment to a trusted caregiver. The first we attach with is our mothers. This has lead to conclusions that people with an attachment to God are more likely to have a better mental health and longer survival expectancy. In this lecture we evaluate this connection through the Quranic approach and find out how our attachment to Allah and Quran plays a role in our inner peace and mental health.

It took a long time to return to normal and i needed a lot of patience. It was a tough battle for two years and the first results came from the third year. Now after three years my husband has become a good and loyal Muslim, father and husband. Allah also sometimes tests our steadfastness and faith.
And it is as Allah said, after difficulty comes relief. And our marriage is better than ever.

Do not give up in hard times. If you see nothing but keep doing. This time will pass. You will get lesson and experience from this. Hard time will show you different perspectives of things, people and situations. So keep doing in hard times and be patient.
Never give up in difficult time. When you think you have lost, don’t loose hope. Start again and keep doing. Whether you get the results or not but keep doing. Don’t loose your character, yourself and your soul. When their is nothing you will have your soul, your character and above all the Creator. Keep your bond strong with the One who created you. He is the only true friend of yours. Make Him your friend and He will always be by your side if nothing else is there.

Yep. Attachment disorder is a broad term used to describe a series of emotional and behavioural problems that can develop in young children who struggle to form expected bonds to primary caregivers, usually their parents.
The initial bond that we have with our parents or primary caregivers from birth is our first experience of a safe and trusting environment, encouraging us to learn and develop under the guidance of people that we instinctively know that we can trust, even at an early age. However, for some children, this fundamental connection with caregivers doesn’t occur. There are a number of reasons why this may happen, although it is typical that abuse, neglect or separation from parents means that a close attachment doesn’t have the necessary circumstances to develop as normal.
When children don't develop an attachment with their caregivers, this can lead to attachment difficulties.

Meaning of Khushu`
What is required of the worshipper is to show humility [khushu`] in his prayer and to have complete focus of mind, because Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Certainly will the believers have succeeded:
“They who are during their prayer humbly submissive [khashi‘un].” [al-Muminun 23:1-2]
Focusing on prayer and being humble therein are among the most important issues, and this is the essence of the prayer. Therefore we must pay attention to focusing with proper humility in the prayer and performing it in a tranquil and unhurried manner, when prostrating and bowing, between the two prostrations, and after bowing when standing up again; it should be done in a tranquil and unhurried manner.

فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا بِٱللَّهِ وَٱعْتَصَمُوا بِهِ ۦ فَسَيُدْخِلُهُمْ فِى رَحْمَةٍ مِّنْهُ وَفَضْلٍ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَيْهِ صِرَٰطًا مُّسْتَقِيمًا❤🪶✨️🥀🤲🏻🍄

In the Quran, Surah Ibrahim there is a dua which was said by Prophet Ibrahim, may peace be upon him, which asks Allah to make him and his family among the best Muslims.
In this short dua Prophet Ibrahim asks of Allah for the following things:
Be among the Muslims who have the discpline to pray the five salats consistently.
Asks Allah to have children who would remember the importance of establishing prayer.
Asks for Allah’s forgiveness for himself.
Asks Allah to forgive his parents.
Asks Allah to forgive the entire Ummah.
So what exactly was this dua?
RABBIJ ALNI MUQEEMAS SALATI IN ARABIC
The dua is from Surah Ibrahim ayat 40-41. In arabic this is written,
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
Transliteration: [ayah 40] Rabbij alni muqeemas salati wa min zurriyati Rabbana wa taqabbal du’a [41] Rabbanagh fir lee waliwalidayya wa lil mumineena Yawma yaqoomul hisaab
RABBI JALNI MUQIMAS SALATI MEANING:
The english translation of this dua is:
“My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication. Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.”
On the day account is established “Allah will recompense every soul for what it earned. Indeed, Allah is swift in account.” (14:51)
We would be wise to recite this dua every so often, it is a beautiful dua and asks Allah many things, the main focus being for good family. It wishes well for yourself, your children and your parents. It even goes to on to ask forgive the entire Muslim ummah.
Allahumma Salli Ala Muhammadin Wa Ala Aali Muhammadin Kama Sallaeeta Ala Ibraheema Wa Ala Aali Ibraheema Innaka Hameedum Majeed
