- Now with the addition of Jord in The Synchronized Cosmos, Plunder Patroll doesn't auto-lose against Earth decks, which there are plenty off. It even grants you a proper going first strategy. Next to that, the recovery plays this deck can pull off are amazing. It really feels like a puzzle for you to solve. So if you like puzzles and the kiddy pirate theme, this is the deck for you!
This footage has been taken from the WCS qualification event, meaning that the pressure is on for everyone, which sometimes caused me or my opponent to make questionable plays. Feel free to point any mistakes out in the comments and please provide an example how to improve, we are here to learn (too).

Punk + Plunder Patroll is also good. You can go into Draco Berserker, Adam. Dragite or Jord without commiting to your Normal summon/locking you.
I am preparing a Plunder guide on summoning Jord turn 1, and Punk is certainly on my mind 😀.

@@cognitivegrub0 I feel like it's what yugioh should be. My games are at least 4 turns, but on average 8 due to the ability to recycle materials and the monster negate, spell negate, special summons on opponents turn XD
@@henrylopez7721 Yeah, Plunders slow down the game a little. A reason why they pair well with Labrynth.
@cognitive grub how does this deck do against ash, branded ,branded bystials , tearlaments and other meta decks because ive used orcusts and every variation pure , hand trap, scrap and phantom knight i couldnt get into diamond 5 in 20 games i lost 14 i got demoted 3 times in 2 days and then stuck plat 3 for 3 days because of ash, maxxc , bystials ,branded and tearlaments i siad ive had enough i went back to dinos i ranked up twice in 2.5 hours beating all i mentioned above i went 15 games played 11 wins 4 losses the first was winda auto loss 2nd was he had dark ruler evenly matched and i got my turn skipped 3rd was d shifter exosister the only real loss was i wetn first he had maxx c i ended i maxx c he had called by but dinos are better orcust wasnt good enough so i wonder how plunder can handle these can u tell me if they can because i really want to use plunder great content btw keep posting more combo videos and gameplay of master tier if plunder can get it best of luck
Most of the Plunder core isn't light/dark, so that will help a little against Bystials. Probably the best version of Plunders will be a dedicated going second variant with a lot of board breakers (Evenly Matched, Harpies Feather Duster, Lava Golem's etc.). Tears, Branded Bystials, they have an inherent weakness to these cards (especially Evenly) as they do not run many spell/trap negates.

Ash will always be a weakness of this deck, and since it is also a prime weakness of Branded, we'll see them often. Pack at least 2 Called By's and perhaps your own Ash'es and Crossout to try to negate them as often as you can. Good luck!
@@cognitivegrub0 yes i agree 3 ash 2 called by 1 crossout is essential what about the floodgates iam not sure how gozen match would work with plunder also i did like the gameplays u did epic and tbh with plunder theres not room so the main deck will the plunder cards adventure engine and 2 called by 1 crossout and whatever space i have left ill put in disruptions
ahh no chance runick no i hate runick ill never use that deck but i want to use plunder i like the deck a lot i just hope i can get master with that next season
@@lewisburton8907 I understand, Runick can be lame. Gozen Match can work, but it will shut down your adventure lines + with floodgates you usually want to go first, which with Jord now is an option in Plunders. Thankfully, they are much more flexible these days. Really hope that their wind ship (which we can only assume they will add in the future) is going to be a great one.
