- In this special throwback episode, the plaintiff brings two lawsuits. The plaintiff claims the defendant, his ex-girlfriend, got pregnant but then told him she had a miscarriage. He’s petitioning the court for a paternity test. He also said he loaned her money, but he hasn’t been paid back, so he’s suing. The defendant admits she told him she had a miscarriage because she didn’t want the plaintiff in her child’s life. The defendant is countersuing for assault.
In the second case, the plaintiff says the defendant called him over for help because her new boyfriend was hurting her. When the plaintiff went over to the defendant’s house, the defendant’s boyfriend stabbed him. He’s suing for medical bills. The boyfriend argues he stabbed the plaintiff in self-defense because he thought the plaintiff was going for a gun. He’s countersuing for legal fees and bail money. - Zábava

He didn't sign the birth certificate so I'm not sure how he she was granted child support unless the court was fraudulent. This is why we need mandatory testing, it would have forced the court to not just take her word, they would have had to track him down and order him to get the test and he would have been aware that the child existed. This entire scenario insane.

I'm glad this was brought to light. Some of these moms are triflin!! You shouldn't lie about paternity, especially since she knows she laid up and got pregnant by him! To say you miscarried, but then try to act like someone is a deadbeat is a real bold move. ALSO, when you have kids, let alone biracial ones, you need to be careful who you let around them. I feel bad for the daughter.

Well, it's actually all not true.
The defendant is currently raising the child because the plantiff has had so many children from so many women and he's very abusive to them and to her. The daughter revealed it here in the comments.

The defendant had to take the plantiff to court about 30 times to regain custody of the daughter. The daughter revealed it all here in the comments.

The plantiff (Tyrell) is actually extremely abusive to the daughter. He's actually had so many kids from different relationships but each one ends up in abuse. The defendant had to take him to court at least 30 times to get custody of the daughter. He won't take her back to court because she has proof of the abuse.
