In Centinela I caught a 90 day SHU for a riot. They kept me in C6. They were trying to validate me so they kept me back there for 5 months total. I lost 27 pounds back there doing that routina. My last month there I was running the routine. Two and a half hours of nonstop working out. All calisthenics. We’d do 36 exercises and one would be 113 navy seals. Another would be 113 three pump burpees and so forth. All I did was work out and read. I thrived back there.
After the Grajeda video (recent one) I have a newfound respect for this homie. You understand the Southern Califas situation better than almost anyone i have ever heard speak. What you are doing (and should CONTINUE to do) will definitely make a differenve in the long run. Make no doubt that this man is a voice for his gente.
