Settings may change slightly year to year due to updates, I hit the main points but not every menu available. I will link a deep dive video once I have a chance to film it.
Never saw how to adjust the ride height.
That is for the optional “air” pasm which this one doesn’t have. I will get a video on the air suspension in the very near future.

It's not fitted on this vehicle. You can see it at 22:39 when he goes into Car mode. If air suspension is fitted, you would see the graphic to control the chassis height, which sits as a separate graphic control under the Chassis graphic control. This vehicle just has the PASM.
