Thank you for your video. In my opinion, it is the most informative video about Semana Santa on CZcams.
However, I think you did get something incorrect in the video. On Good Friday part, you said meat isn't eaten because it is associated with the body of Jesus. Yes, we Catholics don't eat meat on Good Friday, but it has little to do with the body of Jesus. Abstinence from flesh meat, or abstinence as we usually call it, is a form of penance, a way of expressing sorrows and contrition for sins, indicating intention to return to God and making reparations for the sins committed. It's a way to show that we can master our own bodies by holding back enjoying our favorite dishes. In fact, Catholics also abstain from flesh meat on another day, Ash Wednesday, which has a different meaning from Good Friday but the same reasons behind the penance.
