Rossi who lapped within 0,7 seconds of Schumacher when he considered switching to F1. Yeah, he even tested for Ferrari F1 team and was good. Rossi just got a podium in WEC. Did he race dirty sometimes? Yeah, so did Schumacher and Senna and Marquez but he still had the talent. And he is helping riders with his academy. Rossi was young at a stage and he was very good. He could probably still race MotoGP today if he wanted to.
