@ZU Co Did you know that Robert Plant is a huge Adam admirer? He let Adam and Queen to perform Whole lotta love in the QAL tours. In the Rhapsody tour they included this song in the setlist in Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Plant never allowed one of his songs sang in any reality show in the world. The only time he allowed was for Adam in AI, Adam sang whole lotta love and that was the song that was seen by Roger Taylor, and the rest is history.

Adam Lambert has been their frontman since 2012. They patiently waited 2years for Adam Lambert to complete his successful worldwide tour of his 1st Album. They voiced their intention to collaborate with him after the 2009 AIS8 finale. They have said in many interviews they decided to tour again because of Adam Lambert and that he is their last frontman after Paul Rodgers.
He's not meant to be a cover artist trying to sound like Freddie. He's himself, a great artist on his own, doing justice to Queen's music in the present day. Adam Lambert most definitely fits well with Queen's music. Perfectly, I'd say.
Adam is the only one with the vocal ability to handle all of their songs in the original key, he's been on stage since childhood, he's got amazing control over his voice at all times, he's passionate, he's an outstanding entertainer, he's got his own fanbase from his successful solo work, he's got a great sense of humor, and he's genuinely a respectful, humble guy. Why wouldn't they choose him? Brian and Roger call him their "gift from God." Their chemistry is perfect. They've been touring over a decade together, filling stadiums worldwide.

With Queen he has made 6 tours with 218 shows totally sold in 42 countries before 4 million people, a # 1 album in various countries, a documentary that is the # 6 most watched movie on Netflix in the world, winner of the best band in rock in the world. So Adam Lambert is a winner and you are just a looser that Queen and Adam don't need, their shows sell out in minutes.

There's plenty of youngsters willing to buy tickets at obscene prices to see this diva. Freddie might have been flamboyant but he did not embellish the songs like Adam does. Paul Rogers kept much closer to the way Freddie actually performed the songs than Adam does. Fact.
