Tyflow is the best. THANK YOU Tyson Ibele
Hey!! I Think is time to update this comparison and lets look what is change 🤔
Good video. I will disagree on artist friendly. I think you need to change your mind. I found TP more easy to do complex stuff than tyflow or pflow for example, its all relative. On advection... well I dont think it matters from where it comes, if you have FumeFX you can use the node it comes from Fume plus you get a Smoke solver to advect particles without needing and external fluid solver.
Thanks Eloi. We'll for the artist friendly part, as I mentioned for complex setups TP is good, but doing quick small setups event based systems are really great. Imagine doing same in houdini, it just takes forever. But when it's complex, it's favorable.
For advection many times you need embers/sparks /debris to follow the hero explosion and in that case it's important to have the real advection of the fluid, that's where the problem is, you need to buy it again just for an advection.
Wow, just the video I was looking for, thank you so much, best regards 😊
Very informative, thank you.
Thanks :)
thank you !
Gone through the course "Shores" by Allan McKay. Tyflow is very impressive.
Nice and informative video
Sarthak Pandey thanks.
My question to you is that do you see potential in Tyflow to get improved be as good in its weak spots as TP is, like in destruction.etc.?
Again thanks for your time and effort for making these videos.
Thanks, well yes I see a great potential in tyflow it's very robust and fast, it's made by one man, so anything you say/suggest he can develop it in the tool, also he's working very close to the users of tyflow that makes it even more transparent and future proof.
One more thing I'd like to say is, you really need to figure out what is the right tool for the kind of work you're doing, you cannot use scissor for cutting vegetables, can you? ;)
Well you can but that will not be very appropriate, same way these plug-ins can be used to do each other tasks but at a cost of lot of effort and wasted time.
Hope that clears your doubt, make sure to subscribe for upcoming tutorials and stuff :)
Now we get bifrost fluid with 3ds max (named max fluids)
Could you kindly make a beginner's tutorial on TP?
Yes I'll make it :)
I'll be making tutorials of almost all the softwares related to fx.

You should flip the thumb upside down for bad.
Tyflow is the best by a mile....
Houdini rocks in FX
True I'll be doing houdini tutorials soon too :)
Do you work anywhere ?
Yes At firefly studios, as an FX artist.
@@indianvfxschool had you done any course or you have learnt it at home?
@@bornartists9706 I did a course, but all of this I learnt myself, please subscribe so that you don't miss out upcoming tutorials.
