    Thanks for this video. That's insane you figured out the lowercase filetype thing.. it allowed me to import but my files are showing up with no mesh. Not sure if this is because I am importing straight from PDM, but I ended up having to convert to .step as a workaround. If anyone has had this issue and fixed it let me know! I would appreciate it.

      Glad that sorta worked for you. I've had that happen a few times, too, sadly. Quite frustrating but it seems STEP or IGES export are the way to get around that. I'll let you know if this changes :)
