It’s nice to see Mimic imitating more than one monster. Mimic has such a huge potential but he kinda lost it in the continent, only imitating one monster

I love that the 3 goofiest monsters are in the same island. I used to dislike Gobbleygourd but now I changed my mind, this is gold.
And mimic mimics both of the goofy monsters and I love it. It’s such a random but lovable chemistry

For the record, for anyone saying Mimic doesn't mimic Gobbleygourd, it's mimicking the last sound in each of Gobbleygourd's "lines", for want of a better term, except for last one. It's a sorta call-and-response thing. So yes, it mimics Spurrit AND Gobbleygourd. :)
It would make sense since it is how parrots respond at times since if someone calls to a parrot, It responds in a way.
call-and-response usually isn’t mimicking. and if it IS mimicking the last sound in Gobbleygourd’s lines, explain “Yoo-hoo”. It doesn’t mimic Gobbleygourd, but it’s not a bad thing. It makes it on Fire Oasis cooler anyway.

i was expecting him to sing along side Kayna and Wynq, and him mimicking Spurrit and Gobbleygourd was really unexpected since they are seasonals, but it quite makes sense since he also is a ''hard to get'' monster, plus he looks goofy everytime he sings so I think thats enough, though I really wanted him to do a trio singing with Kayna and Wynq
Honestly, copying Kayna and/or wynq was what I genuinely hoped he wouldn’t do, just because would was totally waste his copying “ability” on a monster that’s already being copied. Thankfully he copies the most goofy monsters and just listen to him my goofy boi ❤️

This was a W update. I don’t know how many have realized but the addition of Epic Phangler means that Fire Oasis is ready for an Epic Wubbox, well… kind-of. It still needs the Rare Wubbox but either way it’s ready. In fact, I predict that Fire Oasis and Fire Haven will both get an Epic Wubbox at 2024 Feast-Ember (assuming Repatillo and Floogull get epic variants before and the Rare Wubbox on Oasis). This isn’t too far-fetched from happening as the Epic Wubbox on Water and Earth Island were released on the same day. Plus here it’s more fitting as Oasis and Haven are only ones considered “Fire Islands”.

I’m a bit down that mimic doesn’t go in the first verse but I love how funny he is, wubbox doesn’t really go in in the right verse either and his animation is a bit fast, but I like him. :edit. I love epic phangler
While it is funny, I'm not really sure about mimic's first track being good in the song. The second one fits pretty well though imo, and wubbox sounds pretty great even if the animations are a little janky.

We'll probably get it during Feast-Ember. We got Common Wubbox on Haven during Feast-Ember, and Rare Wubbox on Haven during last years Perplexplore, so it would make sense for Rare Oasis Wubbox to release during Feast-Ember.
