I have Riding experience on both of these bikes (#SuzukiGR150 and #AtlasHondaCB150f). Suzuki GR150 is a sturdy motorcycle and one of the best options for touring it has more weight and overall length than the Honda cb150f which provides better road grip and braking. Honda Cb 150f is also a very good product but just a little behind when it comes to built quality and comfort, but Honda CB 150f gives robust competition to #SuzukiGR150 when it comes to style, #fuelconsumption, and #price both bikes are good in their own class but your purchase decision depends upon your priorities or what you are expecting from a #Motorbike. so if you want flawless comfort and built quality go for Suzuki gr 150 but if you can compromise built quality a little bit for some style and sportiness then cb150 is a good option in the 150cc category.

I just saw your video and I beg to disagree with regard to the built quality of Suzuki. I bought GR 150 in Dec 2018 and I have clocked over 20,000 Km. No doubt the comfort is excellent, but that's it. There is nothing else in this bike. I am a middle-aged man and not a punk who would ride in a rough manner. Yet the speedometer of my bike broke down when it just covered 2800 Km. The dry battery gave up when it crossed 6000 Km! I had to get my stock tires changed as I was recurrently experiencing punctured tires, though I mostly ride in DHA Islamabad. Yes, the oil level goes down and it remains a mystery to this day! The chain loses its tension every 800-1000 Km and starts giving a clunky sound unless it is tightened again. You are absolutely right about the extremely poor fuel average which is not more than 30Km/L no matter how economically you ride! I have no experience of HONDA 150 but I have had CG 125 for the last 25 years and I can say that I miss the quality of that motorcycle. If you are recommending GR150 over CB150 for "quality", I can only wonder what would be the quality of CB150? It feels bad and sad when these manufacturers rob us by supplying substandard products. And just for the REAL COMPARISON, you just need to cross the border and see how the same manufacturers are providing excellent bikes to the Indian riders at the fraction of a cost :(
First of all, I want to thank you a lot for taking out time and writing up such a comprehensive note regarding your experience with Suzuki GR 150, I'll not disagree with your experience, even I faced some issues like battery drainage, clunky noises from chain sprocket which is a default issue and has to be change real soon, a mysterious drop of engine oil level which I have mentioned in the video, even I wasn't a fan of its gearbox, I had to change battery when my bike only covered 5000 km, and if it comes to my usage more than riding I used to spent time on its cleaning, My cousin still the owner of gr 150 since 2018 and he is using the bike to its limits he has only changed its battery and chain sprocket once & he is still enjoying and satisfied with his bike,
Now come up to the point why I have said gr 150 is better, It's better in braking, suspension, road grip than CB 150, the switch assembly of gr 150 is very good buttons are damped enough. the seat is comfortable and it has no electrical issues as it were in Suzuki gs 150, GR 150 comes with a catalytic converter silencer which makes its environment friendly & almost produces no smoke, and engine oil filter that somehow enhances its engine life, then paint quality is better than CB 150, I am not saying gr 150 is the most reliable bike & I won't recommend someone to buy gr 150 who is concern about the economy, because I hope you know how Suzuki loots when it comes to buying of gr 150 spare parts, but out of these 2 bikes gr 150 is better in terms of comfort and above mention aspects, Some of CB 150 users including myself addressed its smoking issues, some of the Cb 150 users also addressed dropping of engine oil levels, moreover Cb 150f sometimes feels imbalance one may lose confidence especially at curves, I have communicated CB 150 issues with Honda dealership and surprisingly they were also not satisfied with their own product. It's misery we are bearing such substandard products with hefty prices because we have no options. In Sha ALLAH soon I'll come up with more content related to bikes issues were are facing.

Honda has a better street presence. Plus Honda is wider bike, even it's seat and handle is wide and gives u feeling of a bigger and heavier bike. I have ridden Honda with Pillion to Pir Sohawa and Nathia Gali, it has amazing torque and had no problems whatsoever
but although its wider but it is light in weight than GR 150, yes you are right its road presence is commendable

GR 150 and CB150 donon ka mene bohot ghor se suspension (shocks) ka comparison donon ko jumps pe aur kache pe chala kar kiya hai kiyun ke mene lena hai confort ke liye wo mere liye ziyada important hai, mere khayal mein donon ko chalaane ke baad GR ki suspension mujhe kache aur jumps mein CB se definitely superior lagi, aap ka kiya opinion hai aur us ki technical reason bhi bataein please

both have 125cc bike feature both doesn't have digital console,led light and monoshocks which is comon today and i think both doesn't have anti breaking system
Yes they dont have such features Suzuki introduced gisxer 150 with such features and its price went like sky rocket that is 6 lakhs

can you please suggest any bike around 3lac? Honda 150 user said to me its parts are expensive and not available in the market easily. So can you please suggest to me which one is economical, comfortable and of course reliable? My friend bought Yamaha 125G. But he faced multiple problems after buying the bike just like its meter problem, battery problem, and self-start issues. No doubt bike dealers can fix all issues. But u know No one wants to go every week to the dealer so, please give me some good suggestions that make my life easy. Thanks

My Suzuki GS 150 also reduce Oil after 500 km. I used 5 year this bike till date. I conclude that engine need 1.2 Litre oil while people use only 1 Litre oil. This practice wear the Piston Rings. I highly Recommend use 1.2 Litre oil .
but mine had more than 0.2 liter of oil difference when I changed the oil.

I have been planning to buy 150cc bike and after doing research, I have narrowed down my options to GR 150 and CB 150f. I really like GR 150 look wise but I live in RYK - A district in south punjab, and I think I would face difficulty in getting its spare parts.
Perhaps I will go for CB 150f then. Saw some videos on youtube complaining that CB 150f give smoke and doesnt have reliable engine. What is your opinion about that? Also, Is CB 150f powerful enough for doing touring in north?

Thank you for your kind comments, there is no as such big issue with cb engine only the difference is cb doesnt has an oil filter and catalytic converter so a weak engine quickly start to give smoke, engine power is good you can tour on it.

Suzuki GR ka jab app oil change kren tab 1 L pa oil pura ho jata hai but jab app oil filter b change krty Hain joke har 3ra oil pa Kia jata hai tab 1.2 L oil dala jata hai. BTY I have 19 model GR there is no oil or any type of complain

I have been using Suzuki GD 110S and was looking forward on upgrading. As I am a Suzuki user I personally love the build quality of its bikes and the joy in riding them but Honda has brought up its game so I am pretty confused. So if you could recommend me which one should I go for keeping in mind that price is not a problem for me and I just want a ride with the better quality and on which you can rely on (lesser the problem greater the bike) So which one should I go for Suzuki GR 150 or Honda CB 150 F

Walikum Salam Dear brother, thanks a lot for coming up with such a nice words. Regarding your query, if you are suzuki user then it will be bit problematic for you to make a decision, because you wont enjoy the same level of comfort from any other brand. if there were less issues in Suzuki GR 150 I would confidently recommend you to go for GR 150 because price is not an issue for you, but GR has some noticable issues e.g. it has default chain sprocket probelm, battery problem and sometimes its engine oil level mysteriously drop down, moreover it has poor fuel average i.e. 30kmpl and spare parts are very expensive, but to my experience it is the most comfortable bike in 150cc cateogry, coming up to honda you'll get 38 to 40kmpl of fuel average, aesthetic design, iconic honda sound if you are sound lover, and indeed considerable comfort but you'll find some quality lapse in switch assembly, starting problems in morning, & braking of honda is not good as of suzuki gr 150 but you'll unable to notice braking because you are coming from gd 110s, so its upto you, if you want to sacrifice everything for the sake of comfort and built quality then choose GR 150 but if you can comprise some built quality for sake of fuel average, style, spare parts availability & price then go for cb 150f, remember cb 150 also has very good comfort

You did not mention the carburetor type in both bikes, GR 150 comes with old technology sliding carburetor and CBf 150 has butterfly carburetor which means giving you good fuel average as you mentioned in your review.

Honda cb150f dosent have butterfly carburetor, only ybr 125g is using butterfly carburater

Some would say CB-150 is better looking or over-looking but I'm buying GR-150 as comfort, quality and above all reliability is way preferable than looks and fuel economy. If you need fuel economy as well, go buy Suzuki 110 or Honda Pridor or CD-70. When you buy 150 cc, you think differently and act more wisely.

I am using Honda 125 for 4 years, i found nothing bad in it except it's shawks and seat is little hard and make u tired early

I have Suzuki GR 150 i think this is worst bike ever, low quality. It has a major problem sound which produce during gear shifting.
Along with gear shifting its also also sound problem while leaving of clutch.

I have used yamaha for a month but I dont think its better than cb or gr, even yamaha has crossed 2 lakh, so being cheap is no more a plus for it.

Yes suzuki GS 150 has a problem of seat but its not the case with suzuki GR 150, Suzuki GR has well cushioned and elongated seat which provides comfort as well as ample room for pillion passenger
