  • The LV Trainer sneaker, created by Louis Vuitton Artistic Director Virgil Abloh, is revisited in Monogram Eclipse and Monogram Reverse canvas. Inspired by basketball sneakers, this cult design has an elaborately constructed upper, which takes seven hours to stitch. It is finished with a contrasting white rubber outsole, which is decorated with Monogram Flowers.

    Would you recommend wearing thin socks, ankle socks, no show socks, or high socks with the trainers? I wouldn't want anyone to freeze outside. Or does it depend on the look you are going for?

    • @AndrewMiller97
      @AndrewMiller97  Pƙed 3 lety +2

      Honestly I think it depends on the look that you’re going for, I tend to wear low-cut socks with low-cut sneakers the high top socks definitely gives it an old-school basketball kind of look/vibe. A thinner pair socks might make your feet sweat so I mean use your own discretion. Either way I think they’ll still look dope. the high top socks in my opinion definitely show off the shoes a bit more especially if you’re going to wear it with the white socks it definitely makes the black shoe stand out!

    • @AndrewMiller97
      @AndrewMiller97  Pƙed 2 lety

      Sorry for the late response honestly your best bet would be to go in a store and try them on I’ve noticed that LV sneakers sizes are different from every other designer brand, different from Gucci Alexander McQueen Balenciaga Dior they all fit a little bit differently !
      when I purchased my LV sneakers I bought a size 8 1/2 in LV sizes because it like fit size US 10 that’s the sneaker you see in the video. I later went back and exchanged it for the bigger size which was a LV size 9 ,on the website it says an Lv size 9 is a USA 10 but it’s a bit off ! kinda of weird because I’m used to seeing it/eu Sizes Like a 43.5 or 11 which is usually a us 10.5 and 11.
      the Lv size 9 fit like a us 10.5/11 to me
      I say try a Lv size 9.5 or 10 because I basically when down a half a size / a whole size I’m a us 10.5 or 11 depending on the shoe and sometimes how I want it to fit if I want it to fit just right i go true to size with a 10.5 , if I want a bit of room I go up a half size to the 11
      Try them on if you can I hope this helps

    • @AndrewMiller97
      @AndrewMiller97  Pƙed 3 lety +2

      It’s Weird Because I Initially tried on size 8 and It Fit Like exact But The Size I Bought was an 8.5 In The Video .The 8.5 Felt Much Better But Not That Much More Room inside But It Felt Fine at first. Went Home And Tried Them On With Other Socks Walked Around For A Bit And Was Like Hmmm Idk I Felt Like Where Your Feet Bends When Walking was A Bit Tight So I Went Back And Got The 9. So The 9 Is A Little Bigger But Nothing Crazy At First I Felt Like It Maybe Like Clown Size Ish But There Fine. Hey man I bought the trainers in 6.5, it fits but it's tight around the foot (toes are ok).. the 7 is loose at the toes but not tight around the foot, would I exchange the shoes for 7? I don't think I can wear the 6.5 shoes for long time like on a 7hr flight, but the 7 might slip when walking?

    • @AndrewMiller97
