If anyone think voltas is best because. In many places you have heared by people's mouth that buy voltas ac is best , but before buying voltas ac u should understand few things like its warranty ,and its cooling capacity. , if u purchase online voltas ac. You will not get pcb warranty like other brands give 5 year warranty on it . And if you buy offline. You will get warranty on pcb of 5 year but dealers don't tell you the terms and conditions behind this that is warranty on voltas ac's pcb only valid when you do 2 paid service in a year ,which will cost you around approx 1400 rs per serving means approximately 3000rs in a year.
Now lets talk about cooling capacity of online model , in which u will get 4800 w which is lowest in comparison with other brands
And if you buy offline same voltas ac they give 4900w cooling capacity
** If you examin deeply u will understand that alot of difference between online and offline product so buy carefully. I'm giving all this information bec I'm talk to voltas customer care, there technicians, dealer then i get on this point to give you all this informations which might be helpful to you Somewhere .

I bought this VU series 1.5T 5* AC but had to return this after delivery because its outdoor unit is too big in comparison to NU/EU series 1.5T 5* AC. Due to the big size of outdoor unit, i could not get it installed in the planned space. I got EU as replacement.

On Feb 16th 2024, I bought a Panasonic invertor 1.5 tone ac from Reliance Digital,Alappuzha which costs Rs. 40782/- including stabilizer, installation charges etc... Unfortunately product has not performed well .To elaborate the issue, it' s being only roughly 1.5 months after I bought this ac and it had malfunctioned 4 times in a row. On March 12th 2024 AC stopped working in the sense only fan is working and cooling is not happening. I reached out to Relaince Digital shop and they send their dedicated Reliance Rescue service personnel to fix the issue. These personnel came on next day insepected the ac and somehow it started working. We inquired to them what was the issue and they told some reason like it may be because of any sensor got cut off due to insects or bug intervention in the outside unit. After 3 days (on 15/03/2024) ac stopped working again without cooling. Again we reached out to the shop and the service personnel came on 18/03/2024 after we following up multiple times.Technician inspected again and did nothing. But all of a sudden ac started working again.This time I realized there is something serious issue with this product and they are not able to sort out the issue this time as well. Again on 23/03/2024 ac stopped working again and I escalated this issue to Reliance Rescue Service manager he also couldn't sort out the exact issue.He told that he had reached out to Panasonic service team and they will come for inspection. A technician from Panasonic came on 31/03/2024 and checked and again all of a sudden ac started working. I told him straightforwardly this is not how an ac is supposed to work and what's the exact issue. He also couldn't sort out the issue. As per this technician if any ac is having issue it will have an error code to display. But here we don't have any error code . I had informed him regarding my concerns and he told me his manager will come and recheck the issue again and will see into the exchange of this product and till date I haven't heard back. Again on 03/04/2024 adding more pain to the situation this ac stopped working again and please note this is the 4th time within a span of 1.5 months this ac not working. This time I could see some code F3 got displayed in the indoor unit. I had clicked the photo of the indoor unit with that code and sent it to Panasonic technician and Panasonic Service manager.I had reached out to this manager via phone and informed all these concerns from the day 1 and he responded stating he will check this internally and get back to me. And they suggested to replace the PCB and I demanded the whole replacement of the product. In between my kid got sick and admitted to hospital and I was forced to agree for the PCB replacement since I don't have that much of time to run behind this issue. After that a technician from Reliance Digital came(21/4/2024) and replaced the PCB and it didn't worked. I couldn't use this product even for straight 10 days in this scorching summer till date. It's really annoying that even if we are having Ac but couldn't use it in this extreme weather. It's disgusting how come a global brand like Panasonic and well known shop like Reliance Digital could cheat customer by selling faulty products. Now it's stopped working in whole and till today's date nothing has been done.Honestly I had lost confidence and trust in Panasonic and Reliance Digital. Requesting all not to buy Panasonic ACs and not to buy anything from Reliance Digital if you don't want to loose money, time and peace.
Hello Sirji, bought this same model was able to get it from Reliance at approx. 49800. The outdoor unit is too huge, it’s like double the size of the regular Panasonic AC’s outdoor unit. Indoor unit is not much but slightly bigger than the regular ones. Remote of the AC is too compact, cooling is awesome. Installation of the AC was free for me as it was part of the offer.
You already paid almost 50 k which is overpriced itself… even after we considered the free installation it is still too expensive

Anytime Non Inverter or also know as Fixed speed AC for Top floor… also advice to cover the outdoor unit with asbestos sheet to protect the unit from too much exposure to heat or sunlight. All the best.

I am using 1 ton Panasonic inverter smart AC. When the compressor gets off, AC is producing some smell , When the compressor is on, there is no odour and cool air will be produced. Is it a problem?

Press Clean button on your remote. It might solve the problem.
If not then call service center.
Even my old Onida and Voltas ac used to smell bad. Later I got it serviced then it went away. For Panasonic AC "clean" feature solves it.

I mean after your turn off AC the blower/fan remains on for 2-4 minutes after it completely shutdowns.

Please help me, maine 2 din pehle ek 1.5 ton 5-star inverter AC khareeda. Installation team aayi aur indoor aur outdoor unit ko perfectly install kiya. Phir unhone system ko charging hose (service line) ke zariye vaccum kiya, aur vaccum complete hone ke baad vaccum motor ka valve band kiya aur motor ko off kiya. Uske baad unhone discharge line (liquid stop valve) ko 5 seconds ke liye khol ke leaks check kiya aur fir band kiya. Yeh sab kuch woh manual ke hisab se bilkul sahi kiya tha.
Lekin manual ke according, unko charging hose se vaccum aur gauge ko service port se disconnect karna tha, phir liquid aur gas stop valves ko fully open karna tha. Lekin unhone discharge line ko puri tarah se khol diya aur phir charging hose ko disconnect karna shuru kiya, jis se gauge connected tha. Jaise hi gauge ke charging line (service line) se kholne lage, gas charging hose se leak hona shuru ho gayi aur unhone almost 30 seconds lagaye charging hose ko disconnect karne mein, tab tak woh leak kar rahi thi. Disconnect hone ke baad leak ruk gayi, aur phir unhone discharge line ko fully open kiya.
Ab main overthinking kar raha hoon aur darr raha hoon ki woh gas kya thi, kya yeh refrigerant thi ya compressor oil ya phir air compressor mein se kuch ghus gaya hoga. Kyunki system ko vaccum kiya gaya tha, mujhe dar hai ki refrigerant contaminate ho gaya hoga aur compressor blast ho sakta hai. Ab main darr ke maare hoon ki kab blast ho jaye. Ab main kya karoon, please meri madad karo."

Dear Sardar ji, last 10 days panasonic can not deliver ac , to me u think urself if he can't deliver product timely how they can provide you service timely, pls check customer service response is also not good so please check facts first then prepare video.
