What is the ratio or percentage of single story vs two story homes? What is the range of home age? How's the zoo coming along?

I live near the Bradshaw side of elk grove and i love it. It's a little more rural, with abundance of open land. Hopefully we do not build on it, as the open landscape is beautiful to look at.
