Worst customer service they wont let you select fish from there batch they will give fish according to their choice. If u ask them to let u choose he will tell you that you have to pay 100-150 rupees extra
There should must be some misunderstanding sir because as far as i know the customers are free to choose their fishes🙏
your're right bro, they're scamming online customers they dont show packaging video, they dont show what fishes they are giving you and will also avoid call once the payment is done. they dont take responsibility of anything. they do packaging of dead fishes for small distant stations. Avoid purchasing from this guy. They give fake billing generated from app over priced fihses and will tell you take fishes is around 7-8inches and what will be delivered to you will be 3-4 inches fishes that too a dead fish. Shame on these delhi fish shops these all delhi aquarium shops have eachothers back and they support for all the wrong doings. And bro Please @Hawkshow7 please try asking these people whether they are giving live arrival garuantee or not ?? Cause if they're not there is no mean of purchasing fishes as they will already ship uyou a dead fish. Keep in mind once their job is done they will avoid your calls and block.
