The funny thing is her technobabble actually does make you feel smarter. She's like Neil deGrasse Tyson with a gun lol
A typical day in the Sg1 universe: Sam: " babble babble babble" Jack: " Carter! My head!"
Hammond: i thought the odds for the succes of this mission was 1 in a million
Sam : yes sir but i now think we can increase that estimate to 1%

Maybe it was uploaded with low volume audio, because that's how Jack always heard Carter when she started to explain the science behind stuff
