You need to have 5k followers. Otherwise make a shop account and link it to a new account. Use new account to post about products. Before submitting video, you can choose the product from your showcase. Browse the shop and find a product, then add it to your showcase. If you don't add it to your showcase, it won't be an option before submitting the video.

the only issue is having an image of the product itself. you run the risk of it getting a violation if you don't have the actual product in the video. I've manage to make over 6k but got lucky on a video that would normally be disqualified. currently I have an unhealthy account so im being much more cautious.
