Sir, my friend has just applied for PGWP on 04 th May 2024 and got her acknowledgement immediately. But her interim Work permit has not yet been issued. Can she start full time job without getting said authorization letter. If no, what further course of action she should initiate.

Is it ok if I work 16 hours in first week and 24 hours in second week means total 16+24=40, because we get biweekly salary or it must be 20+20=40
