Before Shownu, there was no leader of his caliber in KPop. He is so humble & honest.... he wont even claim it or introduce himself as the leader of Monsta X. But we all know he doesn't need to flaunt his hard work. It's obvious in the admiration the other members & the whole industry have for him.

I’m sorry but this man was born to be a leader!!!!!!! The way all members immediately warmed up when they saw him, smiled so bright, were so happy, and even staffs laughed with his jokes (that wasn’t even pretended to be funny). This man right here has the warmest heart in the world. I’ll love and support him FOREVER
One thing I noticed throughout this video was how people naturally gravitate towards Shownu. Not only members but also staff and other people who work with them. I think it is probably because he just radiates so much warmth and is such a calm and soothing presence
It is kind of sobering when listening to Shownu talk at the end about how difficult comeback week is for them. I mean we already kind of knew but to hear it from the man himself just hits different. I am glad that he shared though and I hope that they all know that at the end of the day their health is more important than delivering content.

Maknae+Madnae relationship is too precious. Changkyun and Shownu may feel awkward of each other for conversation, but their body language speaks different. Changkyun just too happy that his big brother come, the way he asked him to do group introduction, being all giggly on the stage with Shownu, laughing so hard when they take group selca.
I think Changkyun meant that he and Shownu have the same personality in that they don't talk much irl. I don't think they are awkward with each other though.

God i always knew how much shownu loved his members but watching this video, i really felt like crying. I know that yes he's the leader, he has been in the industry for 6 years, and he was supposed to participate in this comeback but the way everything was in his memory just felt so sweet. It's so unfortunate that he couldn't take place in this comeback, it's so obvious how much he loved the song and the dance, too, Jooheon did such a good job in this song. I also mourn the Gambler stages we couldn't have with shownu, it really is a dance that he would go batshit crazy on. Back to the members, i just love how much he cares about them like you can see his worry, you can see he's upset like he saw the state his members were in and thought to himself "This is extremely fucked up but a job is a job" and like. The members were all so happy to see him, really. I don't think i've ever seen hyungwon this chatty, jooheon was on his usual loving shownu hours, minhyuk and kihyun were also chatty. It was also so lovely to see him cheer for his members and watch them and make comments on how it could've been filmed better, shownu doesn't like showing his leader side that much but the care he puts into his groups shines no matter what he's doing.
