    I've been sparing for a while now and these tips are just great at any level. I'm gonna roll back and do this again with my sparing partners. The guy in yellow moves amazingly sharp and there's a lot to learn with each move. Thanks for putting this together man

    i also recommend shin guards when sparring cause you always get the odd injury from blocking

    • @warriorcollective
      @warriorcollective  Před 10 lety +3

      corfiot21 I get where you are coming from. However I do feel not having the shin and insteps on encourages control and technique. Always useful to mix it up between having them on and having them off! Thanks for the comment!

    • @corfiot21
      @corfiot21 Před 10 lety

      yes you are right on that but especially close to a fight i always wear double shin protection when i spar. bag work and pao is different. great video though

      Grim Al'Akir Hey, funny you should ask, I popped by to see him just a few weeks ago to find out the very same. He is great, the nose is recovering well and he is very eager to get another fight lined up for some time later on in the year. It seems to have motivated him more than anything else ha ha!
