Later you can put in walls to get rid of the open floor plan that is so overdone and a trend that dates the house to this decade. After you put in divider walls in 8 to 10 years it will much less like a shotgun house that the poor built in the 30’s and 40’s due to poverty. Don’t be a sucker and fall for this ridiculous concept. For that much money you should be able to buy a cozy house that feels like a home. With rooms and everything.
